Information:

1. Disconnect electrical connection (1).2. Cut two ty-wrap (2).3. Cut two ty-wraps (3). Replace all the ty-wraps at installation.4. Remove four bolts (4), nuts and washers.5. Remove support (5). 6. Remove eight bolts (6) and nuts from the power take-off coupling. Reposition the drive shaft. 7. Remove two bolts (7) and washers.8. Disconnect hose assembly (8). Cap or plug immediately. 9. Remove two bolts (9) and washers.10. Remove support (10).11. Remove the two bolts not shown, remove support (11).12. Engage the power take-off lever.13. Loosen bolt (12).14. Remove lever (13) and the bracket.
Make sure the power take-off is not disengaged while removing the power take-off lever.
15. Disconnect hose assembly (14). Cut necessary ty-wraps (18). Reposition hose assembly (14) back to the fuel tank.16. Disconnect hose assemblies (15), (16) and (17). Cap or plug immediately. 17. Disconnect wire assembly (19) and (20) from the solenoid. Be careful not to lose the wire assembly (21) while completing this procedure. 18. Remove bolt (22) and washer.19. Remove six bolts (23) and washers.20. Disconnect hose assembly (24). Cap or plug immediately. 21. Disconnect wire assembly (25). Reposition wiring harness for later engine removal.
Photo shows alternator guard already removed.22. Remove two bolts (26) and washers.23. Disconnect wire assemblies (27), (28) and (29).24. Disconnect hose assembly (30). Cap or plug immediately.25. Reposition wiring harness for later engine removal.26. Reconnect hose assembly (30) or cap and plug immediately. 27. Remove two screws (31) and nuts.28. Remove one nut (32).29. Reposition linkage (33) for later engine removal.
This photo shows some components which were removed earlier in the procedure.30. Remove four bolts (34) and washers. Reposition the drive shaft. 31. Disconnect wire assemblies (35), (36), (37) and (38).32. Remove bolt (39). 33. Remove bolt (40) and nut.34. Reposition the electrical shut-off switch.35. Disconnect wire (41).36. Disconnect cable assembly (42) and wire assembly (43).37. Disconnect cable assembly (44).38. Disconnect wire assembly (45) and cable assembly (46). Reposition the wiring harness for later engine removal. 39. Cut wire assembly (47). Connect wire assembly (47) using the correct size wire coupler after the engine is installed. 40. Disconnect electrical connection (48) on the underside of the transmission. The electrical connection is on the bottom side of the transmission.41. Cut ty-wrap (49).42. Reposition wiring harness for later engine removal.
The air cleaner was removed for photographic purposes.43. Remove two nuts (50) and washers.44. Remove two U-bolts (51).45. Remove two bolts (52), washers and nuts.46. Remove support (53). 47. Attach a chain and a suitable lifting device to the engine lifting brackets.48. Remove four bolts (54), washers and nuts from the rear engine mounts on each side. 49. Remove two bolts (55), washers and nuts from the front engine mount. 50. Carefully lift the engine up and away from the machine. The weight of the engine is 1605 kg (3565 lb).
Slowly raise the engine and make sure that all lines, hoses and components are disconnected before removing the engine from the machine.
