Install parking brake switch (8) into mounting bracket (13). Make sure that the key on the braking brake switch is aligned with the notch in the mounting bracket before retaining nut (12) is installed.

Install parking brake button (11) onto parking brake switch (8). Install retaining bolt (9) and grub screw (10). Use a suitable allen wrench and tighten the retaining bolt and the grub screw to a torque of 1.13 .13 N m (10 1 lb in).

Connect harness assembly (7) for parking brake switch (8) and install a new cable strap (6).

Position cover (5) and install six screws (4).

Install cover (2) and three screws (3).

Open the right side cab windows. This will enable the installation of two screws (1) into cover (2).
Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch".
