2. Disconnect oil outlet line (3) from pump.3. Disconnect the case drain lines (2) from pump.4. Disconnect oil inlet line (5) from pump.5. Disconnect the signal pressure lines (4) from bottom of pump.6. Disconnect oil outlet line (1) from rear pump and pull the line away from rear pump. 7. Fasten a hoist to the pump, and remove the two bolts (7).8. Remove the front axial piston pump (6). The weight of pump is 250 lb. (113 kg).Install Axial Piston Pump (Front)
1. Fasten a hoist and put the pump (1) into position on machine. Install the two bolts that hold the pump in place. 2. Connect the two signal pressure lines and the oil inlet line to bottom of pump.3. Connect the two case drain lines to top of pump.4. Connect the oil outlet line to rear pump.5. Fill the front pump with SAE 10 hydraulic oil.
Do not start the engine without first filling the pump with oil.
6. Connect oil outlet line to top of pump. Install grille behind pumps.7. Fill the hydraulic tank with oil.end by:a) install muffler *
