There are five buttons that act as the principle navigation on the 17.8 cm (7 inch) Information Display. These five buttons are located on the right side of the LCD. At the top level, the right-side buttons represent the navigation categories (Illustration 4). When a category is selected, a menu appears and the right-side buttons change to navigation buttons (Illustration 6). The navigation levels below the top level or category navigation are the submenus: While in the sub-menus, the right-side buttons are displayed as the navigation keys for the selected category:

Menu Buttons and Menu Buttons Groups

Use the Menu Buttons Groups to navigate through menu lists and submenus. When pressed, the menu item will show blue. Menu buttons highlight in yellow to indicate the Display's current selection. To highlight a menu button, press the menu button or use the navigation buttons along the right side of the Display.To select the highlighted item, press the "OK" button. On certain machines, if more than four options are available and appear in a Menu Button Group, a non-interactive side bar will appear – the scroll bar/menu slider.Scroll Bar/Menu Slider
The scroll bar is used to navigate between the Main Performance Pages. The scroll bar distinguishes itself from the non-interactive scroll bar by using an image to show the button characteristics in the Cat® Yellow color. The scroll bar slider is also visually wider and has an expanded (non-visible) activation zone to reduce activation error. The scroll bar slider brings the next page into view with either a touch above or below the slider or a directional drag of the slider. Arrows appear on the slider bar when more pages are available above or below.

Press "OK" when the desired number appears. The new number will be displayed in white text.
