Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the turbochargers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger - Remove".
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.

Remove exhaust coupling (1) from exhaust elbow (2). Remove sealing rings (3) from the exhaust coupling.
Remove bolts (5). Remove exhaust elbow (2).
Remove bolts (7). Remove support (6).
If necessary, remove bolts (8) and remove cover (9) from the cylinder block. Remove integral seal (10) from the cover.
If necessary, remove pipe plug (4) from the exhaust elbow. Installation Procedures

Position integral seal (10) and cover (9) on the cylinder block. Install bolts (8).
Position support (6) and install bolts (7).
Position exhaust elbow (2) and install bolts (5).
Apply Tooling (A) to pipe plugs (4) and install the pipe plugs.
Install sealing rings (3) on exhaust coupling (1). Install the exhaust coupling in exhaust elbow (2). End By:
Install the turbochargers. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Turbocharger - Install".
