Remove the tilt cylinder. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Tilt Cylinder - Remove".

Attach Tooling (A) and a suitable lifting device to tilt lever (1) .
Remove retaining bolt (3) in order to remove pin (5) from tilt lever (1) and tilt link (6) .
Remove plate (2) . Remove pin (4) in order to remove tilt lever (1) from the machine. The weight of tilt lever (1) is approximately 50 kg (110 lb).Installation Procedure
