Install the heater coil.
Install foam insert (16) to fittings (17) .

Install evaporator coil (15) .

Connect the housing assembly.

Install eight screws (14) which hold the housing assembly together.

Install cover (13). Install two bolts (12) and the washers.

Connect electrical connectors (11) .

Connect electrical connectors (10). Install wire ties which hold the wire assembly in place, as required.

Carefully install the heater coil and the evaporator coil assembly (9) in the cab. Install bolt (8) and the washer.

Install two bolts (7) and the washers.

Install filter (6) from the outside of the cab.

Close access door (5) .

Connect two air conditioner lines (4) .
Install bolt (3) and the clip which holds the air conditioner lines in place.

Connect two heater lines (2) .

Connect electrical connector (1) .
Evacuate the air conditioner system. Charge the air conditioner system. The correct charge is 2.5 kg (5.5 lb). Refer to Service Manual, SENR5664, "Air Conditioning and Heating Systems with R-134a Refrigerant" for the correct procedure. Refer to Special Publication, NEDG5065, "Air Conditioning Tools" for the correct tools.
Close the engine hood.End By: Install the fan motor for the heater and air conditioner. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan Motor (Air Conditioner and Heater) - Install".
