Removal Procedure
Start By:
Remove the stabilizer cylinder.

Attach a suitable lifting device to stabilizer (1). The weight of stabilizer (1) is approximately 100 kg (220 lb). Remove retaining ring (3). Remove pin (2) and washers (4) and separate stabilizer (1) from pad (5).
Remove retaining ring (8). Remove pin (6) and washers (7). Use the suitable lifting device to remove stabilizer (1). Installation Procedure
Install stabilizer (1) in the reverse order of removal.
Position washers (4) and (7) to obtain a maximum of 3.0 mm (0.12 inch) total clearance. Equalize washers (4) and (7) and maintain a minimum of one washer on each end of pin (6).
