Lower the temperature of bearings (15). Use Tooling (F) in order to install bearings (15) to a depth of 6.00 mm (0.236 inch). Use Tooling (F) in order to install lip seals (14).

Attach Tooling (C), Tooling (D), and a suitable lifting device to boom assembly (11). The weight of boom assembly (11) is approximately 680 kg (1500 lb).
Install boom assembly (11). Install pin assembly (13) and bolt (12).

Connect harness assembly (10).

Install panel (9) and bolts (8).

Attach a suitable lifting device to boom cylinder (5). The weight of boom cylinder (5) is approximately 36 kg (80 lb). Raise boom cylinder (5) into position. Install pin assembly (4) and bolt (3).

Remove Tooling (A) from the stick cylinder. Remove Tooling (B) from the bucket cylinder.
