Locate the machine on a hard surface that is smooth and level in order to use Tooling (A) .

Place Tooling (A) under front center bottom guard (4). Attach a hoist to hooks (1). Remove hinge pins (3). Remove nuts (2) and the washers. Lower the front center bottom guard, and remove the front center bottom guard.

Place Tooling (A) under front bottom guard (7). Remove bolts (5) and the washers. Remove nuts (6) and the washers. Lower the front bottom guard, and remove the front bottom guard.

Place Tooling (A) under rear center bottom guard (10). Remove hinge pins (9). Remove nuts (8) and the washers. Lower the rear center bottom guard, and remove the rear center bottom guard.

Place Tooling (A) under rear bottom guard (14). Remove hinge pin (11). Remove nuts (13) and the washers. Lower the rear bottom guard, and remove the rear bottom guard.Installation Procedure

Use a suitable lifting device in order to place rear bottom guard (14) on Tooling (A). Move Tooling (A) forward. Raise the guard onto bolts (13). Install hinge pin (11). Install washers and nuts (13). Tighten the nuts to a torque of 370 50 N m (270 40 lb ft).

Use a suitable lifting device in order to place rear center bottom guard (10) on Tooling (A). Move Tooling (A) forward. Raise the guard onto bolts (8). Install hinge pins (9). Install washers and nuts (8). Tighten the nuts to a torque of 370 50 N m (270 40 lb ft).

Use a suitable lifting device in order to place front bottom guard (7) on Tooling (A). Move Tooling (A) backward. Raise the guard onto bolts (6). Install bolts (5) and the washers. Install the washers and nuts (6). Tighten the bolts and the nuts to a torque of 370 50 N m (270 40 lb ft).

Use a suitable lifting device in order to place front center bottom guard (4) on Tooling (A). Move Tooling (A) backward. Raise the guard onto bolts (2). Install hinge pins (3). Install washers and nuts (2). Tighten the nuts to a torque of 370 50 N m (270 40 lb ft).
