Dear Caterpillar Product Owner:
The 251-6772 Tube Assembly needs to be replaced on the products listed below. The existing tube can fail to hold the o-ring in place creating the potential for sudden large release of refrigerant into the cab environment which can cause or may result in personal injury or death. You will not be charged for the service performed.
Contact your local Caterpillar dealer immediately to schedule this service. The dealer will advise you of the time required to complete this service.
Please refer the dealer to their Service Letter dated 23Jul2007 when scheduling this service.
