1 32 7X-2565 Bolt Use the following procedure to tighten the bolts:
1. Torque to 250 40 N m (184 30 lb ft).
Turn to an additional angle of 60 5 degrees.
2 2 6V-3543 Dowel Protrusion (C) is 50.0 0.5 mm (1.97 0.02 inch).
3 1 4B-8353 Pin Protrusion (D) is 3.60 0.20 mm (0.142 0.008 inch).
4 1 4N-1230 O-Ring Seal Lubricate lightly with lubricant that is being sealed.
5 — — Mating surfaces and washers must be free of paints.
6 Refer Disassembly and Assembly "Final Drive - Remove and Install - Scraper" before installing the shim pack:
1 415-7152 Shim Pack Total thickness of one is 2.85 mm (0.112 inch).
Thickness of each shim in the shim pack for six shims is 0.05 mm (0.002 inch).
Thickness of each shim in the shim pack for one shim is 0.80 mm (0.032 inch).
Thickness of each shim in the shim pack for seven shims is 0.25 mm (0.010 inch).
7 3 101-1504 Shaft Diameter is 58.88 0.13 mm (2.318 0.005 inch).
8 8 8T-0357 Bolt Tighten the bolts in the numerical sequence as shown in the Illustration 2.
9 1 4D-1577 O-Ring Seal Lubricate lightly with lubricant that is being sealed.
10 18 8C-0623 Taperlock Stud Torque to 110 20 N m (81 15 lb ft).
11 28 7X-2563 Bolt Torque to 520 70 N m (384 52 lb ft).
12 36 213-5007 Bolt Mating surface and washers must be free of paints.
Torque to 570 80 N m (420 59 lb ft).
13 1 3D-8422 O-Ring Seal Lubricate lightly with lubricant that is being sealed.
14 22 8T-5878 Bolt Torque to 900 100 N m (664 74 lb ft).
