Before assembly, lubricate the threads of the bolts, the bolt shank, the washers, and the contact surface under the bolt head with molylube.Note: Torque outside bolts first, then torque the inner bolt.
Tighten the bolts evenly to 70 5 N m (50 4 lb ft).
Rotate each bolt for an additional 120 5 degrees.Note: After the crankshaft is assembled into the cylinder block, the crankshaft end play should be between 0.17 to 0.63 mm (0.007 inch to 0.025 inch)
