COUPLING AS 1467117 - Caterpillar

1. Loosen two bolts and remove the counterweight arm from the hydramation sensor shaft if not previously done.2. Disconnect drain line (2) from hydramation sensor (3). Plug or cap immediately.3. Remove two bolts (1) (not shown). Rotate the hydramation sensor assembly 180°. Install two bolts (1) (not shown) to hold the hydramation sensor assembly in place.
Cover (8) and servo valve assembly (7) must be held together when hydramation sensor (5) is removed. Do not remove spool (9) from the valve body.
4. Put identification on servo valve assembly (7) and hydramation sensor (5) for assembly purposes.5. Remove the lock wire from four bolts (10). Hold cover (8) and servo valve assembly (7) together. Remove four bolts (10). Remove hydramation sensor (5) from the servo valve assembly. The following steps are for installation of the hydramation sensor.6. Make sure O-ring seal (6) is in place on servo valve assembly (7). Position hydramation sensor (5) on the servo valve assembly. Install four bolts (10). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 27 N m (20 lb ft). Install the lock wire on four bolts (10).7. Remove two bolts (2). Rotate the hydramation sensor assembly to the original position. Install two bolts (2).8. Connect drain line (3) to hydramation sensor (5).9. Install counterweight arm (4) on the hydramation sensor shaft. Tighten two bolts (1). Start By:a. remove hydramation sensor 1. Remove snap rings (5), (10) and (11) from housing (1).2. Remove retainer (2) and shaft (9) from the housing.3. Remove seal (8) and O-ring seal (13) from retainer (2).4. Remove snap ring (12). Remove bearings (6) and (14) from shaft (9).5. Remove snap ring (3). Remove bearing (4) from shaft (9).6. Remove plug (7) from housing (1). Remove O-ring seal (15). For assembly of the hydramation sensor, reverse the disassembly steps.
