Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Attach a suitable lifting device to support (13). The weight of support (13) is approximately 340 kg (750 lb).

Install bolts (15). Install clamp (16). Install clamp (14) .

Connect hose assembly (11). Connect hose assemblies (12) .

Connect fitting (9). Install the hose assemblies on clips (10) .

Connect harness assemblies (7) .

Connect cable assembly (6). Connect ground cable (5). Connect harness assemblies (4). Tighten bolts (3) .

Reposition tubes (1). Connect tubes (1) and install clamps (2) .
Fill the cooling system. The capacity of the cooling system is 38 L (10 US gal). Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Cooling System Coolant - Change" for the correct procedure.End By:
Install the hood. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hood - Install".
Install both the fuel tanks. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fuel Tank - Install".
