Illustration 2 g00906623
Left Side of the 950G Series II Wheel Loader and the 962G Series II Wheel Loader with Pilot Hydraulics (23) Lift cylinder (24) Work tool positioner (25) Lift kickoutNote: The callouts show a general location on the machine. The implement hydraulic system is composed of the following systems: the pilot hydraulic system, the main hydraulic system, the ride control system, the kickout system and the hydraulic fan system. Hydraulic oil tank (20) is common to all of the systems. The pilot hydraulic system is made up of the following components: pilot control valve (8), the ball valve (hydraulic lockout) (9), the pilot valve (oil manifold) (10) and implement and pilot/brake pump (19) .The main hydraulic system is made up of the following components: main control valve (11), main relief valve (12), line relief valves (13), tilt cylinder (18), implement and pilot/brake pump (19) and lift cylinders (23) .The ride control system is made up of the following components: power train ECM (6), ride control diverter valve (14), pressure balance valve (15), lift cylinders (23), ride control accumulator (22) and lift cylinders ( 23) .The kickout system is made up of the following components: pilot control valve (9), work tool positioner (24) and lift kickout switch (25) .The hydraulic fan system is made up of the following components: hydraulic fan motor (1), hydraulic oil cooler bypass valve (2), hydraulic oil cooler (3), hydraulic fan pump (4), the solenoid valve (hydraulic fan) (5) and hydraulic oil filter (21) .Implement and pilot/brake pump (19) is located under the cab. Implement and pilot/brake pump (19) is a two-section pump. The implement and pilot/brake pump is equipped with a common inlet for each section of the pump. The pilot/brake pump supplies pilot oil to the pilot valve (oil manifold) (10). The pressure tap for the pilot pressure is located on the pilot valve (oil manifold) (10). The implement pump section supplies oil to main control valve (11). The pressure tap for the main hydraulic system is located at the articulation hitch on the rear frame.Reference: For information about the implement and pilot/brake pump, refer to the
