Material removed frame
Clean the side of the frame from where the material was removed and ensure a flat surface as shown in Illustration 26.

Weld the plate (1) and the plate (2) into place on both sides of machine as shown in Illustration 27.Note: Ensure a complete weld around the plate

Drill 13.50 mm (0.532 inch) clearance holes through the front plate in eight mounting bolt locations.
Attach the weld nuts (6) to the rear of the eight mounting bolt holes drilled in the frame as shown in Illustration 31.

Install the plate (7) and the plate (8) using eight bolts (9) as shown in Illustration 32.
Install the front axle as per Disassembly and Assembly, M0070750.
Install the parking brake connection as per Disassembly and Assembly, M0070750.
Install the drive shaft as per Disassembly and Assembly, M0070750.
Install the tire and rim from the front axle only as per Disassembly and Assembly, M0070750.
Install the front fenders.
Remove the tooling (A) and remove articulation lock as per Operation and Maintenance Manual , M0064226.
Repaint the machine as required.Note: If using aerosol, use the following procedure:
Aerosol Touch-Up ApplicationPRIMER AND TOPCOAT
Shake the aerosol can for a minimum of 3 minutes to ensure proper agitation. Spray practice area to check nozzle and fluid delivery system. Adjust the spray pattern on nozzle to improve coverage. (Turn horizontally or vertically)
Sand topcoat and primer to bare metal with 120-180 grit sand paper.
Apply Henkel Wipe M-NT1455-W, allow to dry 15 minutes.
Apply primer in 3-4 passes with a crossing pattern over the repair area and allow to dry for 30 minutes before applying topcoat.
To save a partially used can of primer for later use: immediately after application, and before storage, turn can upside down and depress the nozzle until
