Start By:a. remove hydraulic oil cooler1. Remove the coolant from the cooling system.2. Remove hoses (1) and (3).3. Remove brace (5). Remove the bolt that holds brace (2) to the radiator. Loosen bolt in other end of brace and pull the brace away from the radiator.4. Remove guards (4).5. Disconnect the hose from the bottom of the radiator. 6. Remove baffle (7). Remove nut (9) and the bolt from each side of the radiator.7. Install two 3/8" - 16 NC forged eyebolts in the supports along the sides of the radiator. Fasten a hoist and remove the radiator. The weight of the radiator is 29 kg (65 lb.).8. Remove dampers (8) and baffle (6). The following steps are for installing the radiator.9. Put dampers (8) in position on the supports.10. Install two 3/8" - 16 NC forged eyebolts in supports along side the radiator. Fasten a hoist and put the radiator in position on the supports.11. Put baffle (6) in position and install the bolts and nuts that hold the baffle and radiator in place. Install the baffle on the bottom of the firewall.12. Connect the hose to the bottom of the radiator. Install guards (4) on the radiator.13. Install the braces on the sides of the radiator. Install the two hoses on top of the radiator.14. Fill the cooling system to the correct level. See the Maintenance Manual.End By:a. install hydraulic oil cooler
