Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or near the machine.To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around the machine is clear of personnel and obstructions before operating the machine.
Press the accelerator pedal slowly to the maximum travel position and hold the pedal. The activation of the accelerator pedal will release the brakes.

Turn the maximum machine speed potentiometer clockwise in order to increase the travel speed of the machine. Turn the potentiometer until the machine starts to move in reverse. Read the pressures on display (11) .
Release the accelerator pedal in order to stop the machine. Turn the maximum machine speed potentiometer counterclockwise to 0.
The pressure difference from the rear to the front should be 10 5 Bars. If the pressure is correct go to "Testing and Adjusting the Maximum Current In Reverse Direction". If the pressure is incorrect go to step 6.Note: The pressure in the rear drive loop should be above the pressure in the front drive loop.
If the pressure difference is lower than 10 5 Bars, increase the minimum current to the rear pump or decrease the minimum current to the front pump in display (13).
If the pressure difference is higher than 10 5 Bars, decrease the minimum current to the rear pump or increase the minimum current to the front pump in display (13).
Press function key "F4" in order to adjust the minimum current reverse.
Press the "up" arrow key (3) in order to increase the current setting for the front and rear drive loop.
Press the "down" arrow key (2) in order to decrease the current setting for the front and rear drive loop.
Press the "left" arrow key (1) in order to increase the current setting for the rear drive loop and decrease the current setting for the front drive loop.
Press the "right" arrow key (4) in order to increase the current setting for the front drive loop and decrease the current setting for the rear drive loop.Note: Pressing the "left" arrow key (1) or pressing the "right" arrow key (4) changes the relation between the rear and front drive loop. When you press arrow key (1) the value of the front drive loop will be decreased and the value of the rear drive loop will be increased by the same amount.Note: Press the "up" arrow key (3) in order to increase the values simultaneously of both drive loops and by the same amount. Press the "down" arrow key (2) in order to decrease the values simultaneously of both drive loops and by the same amount.If the current setting is decreased, the pressure will be lower. If the current setting is increased the pressure will be higher. When the current is set too low, the accelerator pedal must be pushed excessively before the machine starts to move. When the current is set too high, the machine will jump.
