Removal Procedure
Hot engine components can cause injury from burns. Before performing maintenance on the engine, allow the engine and the components to cool.
Note: Put identification marks on all lines, on all hoses, on all wires, and on all tubes for installation purposes. Plug all lines, hoses, and tubes.
Open the right side access door. Turn the battery disconnect switch to the OFF position

Open engine enclosure (1).

Loosen clamp (4) and remove hose (2) from air cleaner (5).
Disconnect harness assembly (3).
Remove three bolts (6) and air cleaner (5).Installation Procedure
Install air cleaner (5) in the reverse order of removal.Note: Adjust air cleaner (5) mounting to provide a complete seal to the air cleaner support.
Tighten four bolts (6) to a torque of 15 3 N m (133 27 lb in).
Tighten clamp (4) to a torque of 5 0.5 N m (44 4 lb in).
