Assembly Procedure
Inspect all parts and clean all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new Caterpillar parts for replacement.
Inspect all seals. Damaged seals must be replaced. Use new Caterpillar seals for replacement.

Install back up ring (13), O-ring seal (14) and back up ring (15) on two spools (12) .

Install spools (12) in valve body (1) .

Install O-ring seals (11) and back up ring (10) on four check valves (9) .

Install check valves (9) in valve body (1). Install the two check valves in the opposite side of the valve body.

Install four O-ring seals (8) in truck hitch valve (7) or hopper hoist valve (7) .

Position truck hitch valve (7) or hopper hoist valve (7) on valve body (1). Install four bolts (6).
