Enter a value in the "Grade Tolerance" box. The default value is 0.30 m (1.0 ft). In a grade plan window, this will show the color green for any terrain that is accurate to the design within 0.3 m (1.0 ft). Note that CAESultra cannot measure less than 152.4 mm (6.0 inches) accuracy.
Enter a value in the "Grade Range" box. The default value is 3.28 m. A grade range value that is three times the grade tolerance value is recommended in order to evenly represent fill (blue), grade (green), and cut (red) areas.
Click the "Apply" button in order to apply these values to the color range bar.
Under "Color Range", use the slider to adjust the color range. A darker red or blue indicates that the area needs more cutting and filling. A lighter red or blue indicates that the area is approaching grade.
