Start By:
Remove the control valve.
Keep all parts clean from contaminants.Contaminants may cause rapid wear and shortened component life.
Note: Put identification marks on all parts to aid in assembly.Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure is started, clean the exterior of the components to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism. Precision components can be damaged by contaminants or by dirt. Perform disassembly procedures on a clean work surface. Keep components covered and protected at all times.

Remove four bolts (2) from nozzle housing (1) .
Remove nozzle motor (3) .

Remove O-ring (4) from nozzle motor (3). Remove O-ring (5) from nozzle housing (1) .
