COUPLING 9X3808 - Caterpillar

1. Lift and turn two enclosure latches (2).2. Using the indentations (3) on each side of grill (1), lift up and pull out. Remove grill (1).3. Release the rubber latch straps, and remove two side panels (4). 4. Remove bolt (5) on each side, three bolts (7), disconnect wire harness (6) and reposition light assembly (8) out of the way. 5. Remove two bolts and washers (9) from hood (10). 6. Fasten two nylon straps and a hoist to hood (10) as shown. Remove the hood. The weight of the hood is 29.5 kg (65 lb) Install the hood in the reverse order of removal.
