COUPLING 9X3852 - Caterpillar

1. Remove bolt and washer (2) from clamp (1) and remove strap (3). 2. Loosen hose clamp (4) and remove hose (5). 3. Loosen bolt and nut (8) on clamp (9). Remove pre-cleaner (7) and extension (6). The following steps are for the installation of the pre-cleaner.4. Position pre-cleaner (7) and extension (6) onto the air cleaner assembly. Do not tighten bolt and nut (8) at this time.5. Position strap (3) and install bolt and washer (2) in clamp (1) and tighten the bolt.6. Tighten bolt and nut (8) in clamp (9) at this time.7. Install hose (5) and tighten hose clamp (4).
