E     5P-0960     Grease Cartridge     1    Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.
Lower the temperature of all bearings before the bearings are installed in the bucket tilt link.

Use Tooling (C) in order to install the bearing in bucket tilt link (1) . Install the bearings to a depth of 9.5 1.0 mm (0.37 0.04 inch). Repeat this step for the opposite end of bucket tilt link (1) .

Use Tooling (D) in order to install lip seals (6) in both sides of bucket tilt link (1) . Repeat this step for the opposite end of the bucket tilt link (1) .

Use a suitable lifting device in order to position bucket tilt link (1) . The weight of bucket tilt link (1) is approximately 54 kg (120 lb).
ApplyTooling (E) to all of the pin bores.

Install pin assembly (5) .
Install the washer, the spacer, and bolt (4) that holds pin assembly (5) .

Install pin assembly (3) .
Install the washer, the spacer, and bolt (2) that holds pin assembly (3) .End By: Separate the steering frame lock. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Steering Frame Lock - Separate and Connect".
