Information:
Personal injury or death can result from sudden machine movement.Sudden movement of the machine can cause injury to persons on or near the machine. To prevent injury or death, make sure that the area around the machine is clear of personnel and obstructions before operating the machine.
Personal injury can result from hydraulic oil pressure and hot oil.Hydraulic oil pressure can remain in the hydraulic system after the engine has been stopped. Serious injury can be caused if this pressure is not released before any service is done on the hydraulic system.Make sure all of the attachments have been lowered, and the oil is cool before removing any components or lines. Remove the oil filler cap only when the engine is stopped, and the filler cap is cool enough to touch with your bare hand.
Note: Perform this procedure after the rear steering sensor has been replaced or after the rear steering sensor has been adjusted. This procedure calibrates the right and left positions but not the center position. If the rear steering sensor has been replaced and the duty cycle is set a little different than the old sensor center value, the ECM will always use the old value. To get the ECM to accept the new value, the rear wheels must be centered using the Wheel Alignment (Rear) procedure and the rear steering sensor must be adjusted using the Steering Position Sensor (Rear Steering) adjustment procedure.Note: The key is switched ON and the steering sensor is plugged in when the sensor is adjusted. After the sensor is adjusted, the key has to be switched OFF, then the sensor has to be unplugged, then the key switched ON. Let the display ECM boot up until the "Rear Steer Sensor - Shorted to 0VDC" " fault scrolls across the display ECM. Then plug the sensor in and the ECM will overwrite the old center calibration value with the new value.
Move the machine into an open area.

Move propulsion lever (3) to the NEUTRAL position.
Move steering mode switch (1) to the REAR position.
Ensure that the rear wheels are straight. If the wheels are not straight, use rear steer switch (2) in order to adjust the wheel position.
Propel the machine slowly forward in work mode.
Move rear steer switch (2) to the RIGHT position. Continue to hold the switch in the RIGHT position for 10 seconds after the steering cylinder has fully extended.Note: After 10 seconds, the ECM automatically accepts the value as the new right calibration point.
Move rear steer switch (2) to the LEFT position. Continue to hold the switch in the LEFT position for 10 seconds after the steering cylinder has fully retracted.Note: After 10 seconds, the ECM automatically accepts the value as the new left calibration point.
Move rear steer switch (2) to the RIGHT position. Release the switch when the rear wheels are straight. Stop the machine.
