Assembly Procedure
Note: Ensure that the outside of the shuttle valve is thoroughly clean prior to assembly. Check the condition of all O-ring seals that are used in the valve. If the seals are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.

Install O-ring seal (8) on valve body (7) .
Install two backup rings (9) and O-ring seal (13) on valve body (7) .
Install two backup rings (10) and O-ring seal (14) on valve body (7) .
Reduce the temperature of seat (12) in order to shrink seat (12) .
Install ball (11) and seat (12) into valve body (7) .
Repeat steps 1 through 5 for the remaining valve bodies.

Install three valve assemblies (1) into the shuttle valve.
Install O-ring seal (4) into adapter (5) .
Install adapter (5) into the shuttle valve.
Install pressure switch (6) onto adapter (5) .
Install O-ring seals (2) onto plugs (3) .
Install plugs (3) into the shuttle valve.
