6-Pin Socket Connector
Measure the resistance between the contacts that are listed in Table 10.

OK - All of the resistance measurements are less than 5 ohm.Repair: The laser receiver or the single adapter has failed. Use a known good laser receiver and single adapter to verify which of the two components have failed.STOP
NOT OK - All of the resistance measurements are greater than 5000 ohms. The coil cable has failed.Repair: Replace the coil cable.STOPTest Step 15. CHECK THE VOLTAGE AT THE ELECTRIC MAST
Disconnect the cable at the base of the electric mast.
Turn the disconnect switch and the disconnect switch to the ON position.
Turn the key start switch and the disconnect switch to the ON position.
Disconnect the harness connector (6) from the electronic control (3) .

10-Pin Connector
Check for machine voltage between the following contacts on the 10-pin connector for the electric mast that are listed in Table 11.

Disconnect the coil cable from the knuckle connector.

Check for machine voltage at the knuckle connector contacts that are listed in Table 12.

Disconnect the coil cable from the power supply module.
Turn the key start switch to the ON position.
Check for machine voltage at the connector contacts that are listed in Table 13.
