Installation Procedure

Install radiator support (8) on the radiator.
Install seven bolts (7) on radiator support (8) .

Fasten a hoist with chains to the lifting eyes on radiator (6), as shown. The approximate weight of the radiator is 285 kg (628 lb).
Install the radiator.

Install bolts (5) .

Connect radiator bottom hose (4) to the radiator.
Tighten hose clamp (3) .

Install cover (2) on the machine. Install the washers and bolts (1) .End By:
Install the hydraulic oil cooler. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Hydraulic Oil Cooler - Install" in this manual.
Install the radiator fan and fan drive. Refer to Disassembly and Assembly, "Fan and Fan Drive - Install" in this manual.
