Loosen the tracks. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Track - Check/Adjust".

Install Tooling (A) under the front of the machine in order to raise the machine. Install Tooling (B) in order to support the machine. Remove Tooling (A) .

Install Tooling (C) under the rear of the machine. Raise the machine until the bottom of the roller frame is at least 38 mm (1.0 inch) above the track.

Note: The guards and covers near the sprocket segments must be removed in order to remove the track roller. The other track rollers can be removed with the guards on the machine.
Remove bolts (1) and guard assembly (2). Remove nut (3), bolts (4) and guard (5). Remove guard assembly (6) and guard (7) from the inside of the roller frame.

Use Tooling (D) in order to support track roller (9). Remove bolts (8) and track roller (9). The weight of the track roller (9) is approximately50 kg (109 lb).
