PROBLEM
The existing 305-4563 Shuttle Valve (load sense duplicating valve) may have not been tightened correctly on certain K Series Medium Wheel Loaders. This may result in a leak at the shuttle valve.

ACTION REQUIRED
1. Replace the current 2M-9780 O-Ring Seal with a new one. Refer to Image1 for the location of the 305-4563 Shuttle Valve and 2M-9780 O-Ring Seal (A).
Note: The 305-4563 Shuttle Valve (A) is installed on the side of the inlet manifold section of the main implement valve.
2. Tighten the 305-4563 Shuttle Valve (A) to a specified torque of 70 +/- 7 N.m.
