Open compartment door (19) at the front of the operator platform. Move engine compartment switch (20) to the RAISE position. Hold switch until the engine compartment is fully open. Close compartment door (19).

Disconnect hose assembly (22) from the propel pump port (21). Use Tool (B) to cap the port. Use Tool (C) to plug the hose.

Remove 7 bolts and washers (23). Remove access plate (24).

Connect Tool (A2) to charge pressure tap (25) on the conveyor pump.

Remove the 11 bolts and washers (26) and cover (27) from the left front track motor.

Disconnect pressure sensor connector (28) from the front left front track motor.

Remove the 11 bolts and washers (29) and cover (30) from the left rear track motor.

Disconnect pressure sensor connector (31) from the front left rear track motor.Note: Disconnecting the pressure sensor connectors disables the low charge pressure alarm.Test Procedure
Move engine start switch (18) to the START position. Release the switch when the engine starts.
Operate the engine at low idle for a few minutes. Use throttle control switch (17) to operate the engine in high idle.

Monitor the hydraulic oil temperature on operator display (32). Operate the machine until the oil temperature reaches 43 5.6 °C (110 10 °F).

Use throttle control switch (17) to operate the engine in low idle.
Read pressure on Tool (A1) on charge tap (25) on the conveyor pump. Refer to the Specification section for the correct pressure value.Note: The charge relief valve will register a slightly higher pressure than the nominal specification. This increase in pressure is a result of disconnecting the charge relief valve in the other pump.Note: The engine may commence an automatic regeneration cycle while performing this test. The regeneration cycle will increase engine speed and may affect test results. If the regeneration cycle is activated during this test, allow the cycle to complete prior to taking measurements.
Move engine start switch (18) to the OFF position.
If the pressure recorded in Step 5 is outside the specified range, perform the adjustment procedure. If the pressure is inside the specified range, go to Step 8.
Remove Tool (A2) from charge pressure tap (25) on the conveyor pump. Install the cap on the charge pressure tap.
Open compartment door (19) at the front of the operator platform. Move engine compartment switch (20) to the LOWER position. Hold switch until the engine compartment is fully closed. Close compartment door (19).
Connect pressure sensor connector (31) to the front left rear track motor.
Position cover (30) on the left rear track motor and secure with 11 bolts and washers (29).
Connect pressure sensor connector (28) to the front left front track motor.
Position cover (27) on the left front track motor and secure with 11 bolts and washers (26).
If the charge relief valve in the propel pump has not been tested, perform the test procedure and adjust as necessary. Refer to Testing and Adjusting, Relief Valve (Charge) - Test and Adjust (Propel).Adjustment Procedure
