2. Turn crank (4) to the vertical position. Remove filter assemblies (3).3. Remove four bolts (5). Remove pan assembly (6).4. Remove nuts and washers (7). Pull resistor (8) clear of the blower assembly.5. Remove bolt and washer (9). Pull blower assembly forward slightly.6. Disconnect wires (not shown) from the blower motor. Put identification on the wires for assembly purposes.8. Remove blower assembly (10).9. Do the procedure in Steps 5 through 8 again for the left side blower assembly.10. Remove three screws (11). Remove housing (12). 11. Loosen screw (13). Remove blower (14) from the motor.12. Remove nut and lockwasher (16). Remove bolt (15). Remove motor (18) from plate assembly (17).13. Remove four nuts and washers from back of bezel (20) through storage compartment door (19). Pull bezel forward for access to the wiring harness.14. Disconnect wires (21) from the switch. Put identification on the wires for assembly purposes.15. Remove blower control switch (22) from the bezel.INSTALL CAB PRESSURIZER GROUP
1. Put motor (1) in position in plate assembly (2). Install nuts and washers that hold the motor to the plate assembly. Install the bolt in the clamp assembly. 2. Install blower (3) on the motor shaft and tighten the screw that holds it. Make sure the screw is in alignment with the flat area on the motor shaft before it is tightened. Turn blower to make sure of correct alignment.3. Install housing (4) on the plate assembly.4. Connect wires (6) to the switch.5. Install blower control switch (5) in the bezel.6. Put bezel (7) in position and install the four nuts and washers that hold it. Open storage compartment door (8) for access to the back of the bezel.7. Connect wires (9) to the blower motor. 8. Install blower assembly (10).9. Do the procedure in Steps 7 and 8 again for the left side blower assembly.10. Put pan assembly (11) in position and install the four bolts that hold it.11. Put resistor (12) in position and install the nuts and washers that hold it.12. Install filter elements (13).13. Turn crank (14) to the horizontal position to lock filter elements in position.14.
