Install sight gauge (19) and bolts (18). Tighten bolts (18) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in).

Install breather assembly (17) and the O-ring seal. Hand-tighten breather assembly (17) to compress the O-ring seal.

Install cover assembly (15) and bolts (14). Tighten bolts (14) to a torque of 2.5 0.5 N m (22 4 lb in).
If removed, tighten fitting (16) to a torque of 140 10 N m (103 7 lb ft).

Install fittings (13) and (12). Tighten fittings (13) and (12) to a torque of 140 10 N m (103 7 lb ft).
Install fitting (11). Tighten fitting (11) to a torque of 40 6 N m (30 4 lb ft).
Install fitting (10). Tighten fitting (10) to a torque of 90 14 N m (66 10 lb ft).
Install fitting (9). Tighten fitting (9) to a torque of 20 3 N m (177 27 lb in).

Install O-ring seals (8).

Install suction screens (7) and (6). If removed, install the tubes and plates onto the suction screens. Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of the suction screens.

Install drain plug (5). Tighten drain plug (5) to a torque of 55 9 N m (41 7 lb ft).
Install cover assembly (4) and bolts (3). Tighten bolts (3) to a torque of 2.5 0.5 N m (22 4 lb in).
Install cover assembly (2) and bolts (1). Tighten bolts (1) to a torque of 2.5 0.5 N m (22 4 lb in).End By:
Install the hydraulic tank.
