Removal Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be thoroughly cleaned. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.Left Engine Enclosure

Remove bolts (1) and loosen bolts (2). Remove engine enclosure (3). Right Engine Enclosure

Support engine enclosure (3) with a suitable lifting device. Loosen bolts (1) and remove bolts (2). Remove engine enclosure (3). The weight of engine enclosure (3) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).Installation Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before assembly, all parts should be thoroughly cleaned in cleaning fluid. Allow the parts to air dry. Wiping cloths or rags should not be used to dry parts. Lint may be deposited on the parts which may cause later trouble. Inspect all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new parts for replacement.Left Engine Enclosure

Position engine enclosure (3). Install bolts (1) and tighten bolts (2). Right Engine Enclosure

Attach a suitable lifting device to engine enclosure (3). Position engine enclosure (3). Install bolts (2) and tighten bolts (1). The weight of engine enclosure (3) is approximately 43 kg (95 lb).
