Replace the in-line fuel filter connector assemblies on the ARD Manifold is required when replacing the ARD Combustion Head or the Fuel Control Valves.IMPORTANT: Do not use anti-seize or any other substance on the threads of the fittings.
Remove the pilot and main (if equipped) fuel lines.

Attach a 4 foot piece of 5P-0767 Hose and a 5D-1026 Hose Clamp to each fuel line.

Locations for attaching the two sections of hose
Route the hoses to an approved container for fuel that can hold a minimum of 3 gal to catch the fuel being flushed.Note: Two to three gallons of fuel will be flushed in this procedure. Ensure that the container that is used to catch the fuel is adequately sized.
Select the "ARD Fuel Line Flush" service test. The "ARD Fuel Line Flush" is completed in 5 minutes.
Install the fuel lines to the ARD combustion head.The proper torques for the fittings that are on both ends of the lines are the following:Pilot fuel line fitting ... 11 2 N m (97 18 lb in)Main fuel line fitting ... 16 2 N m (142 18 lb in)
