Replace 229-1860 Valve As (1) with the new 442-3949 Valve As (2). Refer to Illustrations 4 and 5.
Remove 228-8255 Bracket As (3) by removing two 135-8573 Bolt As (4). Refer to Illustration 4.
Install the new 442-7728 Bracket As (5) by reusing two bolt assemblies (4). Tighten two bolt assemblies (4) to a torque of 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 5.For 312E, 316E, and 318E Machines

Replace 368-7703 Valve As (1) with the new 442-3946 Valve As (2). Refer to Illustrations 6 and 7.
Remove 368-7702 Fuel Transfer Pump Gp (3) from 351-4282 Support As (4) by removing two 8T-4196 Bolts (5) and two 8T-4121 Hard Washers (6). Refer to Illustration 6.
Remove support assembly (4) by removing two 8T-4910 Bolts (7) and two 5P-1076 Hard Washers (8). Refer to Illustration 6.
Install the new 443-7116 Support As (9) by reusing two bolts (7) and two hard washers (8). Tighten two bolts (7) to a torque of 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 7.
Install fuel transfer pump group (3) to support assembly (9) by reusing two bolts (5) and two hard washers (6). Tighten two bolts (5) to a torque of 55 10 N m (41 7 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 7.For 314E Machines

Remove 368-7703 Valve As (1) from the hose. Cut off the hose 40 mm (1.6 inch) from the hose end and discard.
Install the new 442-3946 Valve As (2) to the remaining hose. Refer to Illustrations 8 and 9.
Remove 391-8645 Support As (3) by removing four 8T-4179 Bolts (4) and four 8T-4223 Hard Washers (5). Refer to Illustration 8.
Remove two 8T-4139 Bolts (6) and two hard washers (5). Refer to Illustration 8.
Install the new 443-7118 Support As (7) by reusing four bolts (4) and four hard washers (5). Tighten four bolts (4) to a torque of 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 9.
Install the new 448-8321 Plate As (8) by reusing two bolts (6) and two hard washers (5). Tighten two bolts (6) to a torque of 100 20 N m (75 15 lb ft). Refer to Illustration 9.
