PROBLEM
The lower suction hose off of the hydraulic tank needs to be replaced on certain 657G Wheel Tractor-Scrapers. The existing hose can split resulting in loss of hydraulic oil.

In order to allow equitable parts availability to all participating dealers, please limit your initial parts order to not exceed 40% of dealership population. This is an initial order recommendation only, and the ultimate responsibility for ordering the total number of parts needed to satisfy the program lies with the dealer.
ACTION REQUIRED
1) Drain hydraulic tank.
2) Replace the existing 256-0746 Hose with a new 292-2704 Hose. Center hose over the joint.
3) Hose clamps should be located 30mm from end of hose to center of clamp.
4) Fill machine with hydraulic oil.
5) Purge air from lines to prevent dry start of hydraulic pumps.
6) Return machine to service.
