3. Remove water line (5) from the engine.4. Remove electric wire (1) from the clips that hold it to the engine oil cooler.5. Remove the bolt that holds oil level gauge tube (4) to the engine oil cooler.6. Loosen clamps (2) that hold the hose to the pipe.7. Remove the bolt (3) that holds pipe to the cylinder block. 8. Remove the bolts (9) that hold oil cooler (6) and oil filter base (8) together.9. Remove bolts (7) that hold oil cooler (6) to the transmission oil cooler bonnet.10. Remove oil cooler (6) and pipe from the engine as a unit. 11. Remove pipe (10) from oil cooler (6). 12. Clean the tubes of the engine oil cooler with a .156 in. (3.96 mm) diameter rod.Install Engine Oil Cooler
1. Install the gasket and pipe (2) to oil cooler (1) as shown.2. Make sure the hose is in position on the end of the pipe (2). Put clean engine oil on the O-ring seals on the top of the engine oil filter base. 3. Put oil cooler (1) and pipe (2) in position. Make sure the gasket is installed between oil cooler (1) and the transmission oil cooler bonnet. Install the bolts that hold oil cooler (1) and pipe in position.4. Tighten the clamps for hose (3). 5. Install electric wire (4) in the clips that hold it to the engine oil cooler.6. Install the bolt that holds oil level gauge tube (6) to the engine oil cooler.7. Install water line (5).8. Install the panel assembly on the right side of the rear frame.9. Fill the cooling system with coolant to the correct level.
