PROBLEM
Certain reusable hydraulic couplings have had their permanent equivalents mismarked with the reusable part number which has resulted in mixed reusable coupling inventory.
ACTION REQUIRED
The following part numbers have the potential for mixed inventory. Couplings that are identified as being mismarked with the wrong part number either can be used by referencing the hose and series markings on the couplings and following the proper crimp specifications (see PELJ0803: HOS07-01 IRM), or can be returned to the Pioneer Park Claims Room Attn: Eric Strube.
DO NOT return all reusable hydraulic coupling inventory. Only mismarked couplings should be returned.

When submitting a claim for Parts Stock Action, use the appropriate 99Z as the s/n, the appropriate Service Letter Program Number as the part number, "7751" as the group number, "56" as the warranty claim description code, and "T" as the SIMS description code.
SERVICE CLAIM ALLOWANCES
Submit one claim for all parts removed from dealer parts stock.
PARTS DISPOSITION
All dealers return all parts claimed to the Pioneer Park Claims Room.
