Installation Procedure
Install heating and air conditioner unit (22) in the reverse order of removal.
Tighten bolts (24) to a torque of 22 2 N m (195 18 lb in).
Tighten bolts (20) to a torque of 22 2 N m (195 18 lb in).
Tighten bolts (10) to a torque of 10 2 N m (89 18 lb in)
Apply Tooling (A) to the threads of bolts (1). Disassembly Procedure
Note: Cleanliness is an important factor. Before the disassembly procedure, the exterior of the component should be cleaned thoroughly. This will help to prevent dirt from entering the internal mechanism.

Disconnect harness assembly (1). Remove actuator motor (2).

Remove cover (3). Disconnect harness assemblies (5). Remove actuator motors (4). Slide out core (6).

Remove cover (7). Remove evaporator (8).

Disconnect harness assembly (9) from blower control.

Disconnect harness assembly (12). Remove hose (11). Remove fan (10). Assembly Procedure

Install fan (10). Connect harness assembly (12). Install hose (11).

Connect harness assembly (9) to blower control.

Install evaporator (8). Install cover (7).
