Installation Procedure
Inspect all parts and clean all parts. If any parts are worn or damaged, use new Caterpillar parts for replacement.

Place fuse panel (9) onto a suitable work surface.

Once fuse panel (9) has been placed on a suitable work surface the following components can be installed.
Service Port for Electronic Technician (ET)
Service Port for the Starting / Charging Analyzer Group
Diagnostic Switches
Circuit Breakers
Fuse Panel
Magnetic Switch
Position the fuse panel to the machine.

Connect electrical connector (16) to alarm (17).

Connect two multi-contact connectors (15). Install two screws (14) in order to secure the two multi-contact connectors.

Install bolt (12) and the washer in order to connect clip (13) to the machine.

Connect two electrical connectors (11) .

Connect three electrical connectors (10) .

Connect two electrical connectors (6) and install two screws (4) in order to secure plate (5) onto panel (8) .
Install panel (8) and fuse panel (9). Install six screws (7) in order to secure the panels to the machine.

Install two screws (1). Raise cover (3) and secure the cover by turning lock (3) .End By: Turn the battery disconnect switch to the ON position. Refer to Operation and Maintenance Manual, "Battery Disconnect Switch".
