5T-1017 Air Starting Control Gp (A) 274-4590 Hose As (B) 249-7745 Hose As (6) 115-9190 Relay Valve Gp
Remove Hose Assembly (A) and Hose Assembly (B). Retain washers, bolts, and clips for installation of the new hose assembly.
Remove Valve (6) from the frame. Retain the washers and bolts.

Use the washers and bolts that were removed in Step 2 to attach Valve (6) to Plate (1) .
Install 275-5513 Hose As (3) .
Install 275-5511 Hose As (2) .
Attach Valve (6) with new Plate (1) to the frame by using 5P-4116 Hard Washers and 8T-9043 Bolts .Note: Position Plate (1) on the frame in order to relieve stress on the hose assemblies.
Use the washers, bolts, and clips that were removed in Step 1 in order to attach Hose Assembly (3) to the frame.274-6304 Air Starting Control Gp

274-6304 Air Starting Control Gp (B) 249-7745 Hose As (C) 274-6302 Hose As (6) 115-9190 Relay Valve Gp
Remove Hose Assembly (B) and Hose Assembly (C). Retain washers, bolts, and clips for installation of the new hose assembly.
Remove Valve (6) from the frame. Retain the washers and bolts.

Use the washers and bolts that were removed in Step 2, in order to attach Valve (6) to Plate (1) .
Install 275-5512 Hose As (7) .
Install 275-5513 Hose As (3) .
Attach Valve (6) with new Plate (1) to the frame by using 5P-4116 Hard Washers and 8T-9043 Bolts .Note: Position Plate (1) on the frame in order to relieve stress on the hose assemblies.
Use the washers, bolts, and clips that were removed in Step 1 in order to attach Hose Assembly (3) to the frame.
