Select "Manual" mode (20).
Launch the Plus+1TM program on the computer to enable the vibe test mode.Note: First time users need to perform the tasks in the Communication and Connections Wizard. This wizard allows the Windows® operating system to recognize the USB device. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Click "Status" icon (21).
Check "Active Codes". Clear any open "Active Codes".

Click "Vibe Test Modes" (24).

Click "Enable" icon (25) to enable the "Normal Vibe Test Mode".
Click "Enable" icon (26) to enable the "Fast Ramp Vibe Test Mode".
When "Fast Ramp Vibe Test Mode" is in "Enabled" mode, the Plus+1 program is launched.

Press vibratory control switch (27) on the propel lever. The vibratory control switch must be held in the ON position for at least 2 seconds for the vibratory system to actuate.
Watch pressure on Tool (A) in port "Ma" (12). An initial pressure reading will register on the gauge for a brief period, and then the pressure reduces to operating pressure. Record the initial pressure reading as the main relief pressure. The main relief pressure should be 42500 2000 kPa (6164 290 psi).Note: The force that is needed to overcome the inertia of the weights causes the pressure in the vibration system to momentarily reach the relief valve setting. This force should be the initial pressure reading.
Use vibratory control switch (27) to shut off the vibratory system.
Place the drums in the high frequency/low amplitude mode.
Press vibratory control switch (27) on the propel lever. The vibratory control switch must be held in the ON position for at least 2 seconds for the vibratory system to actuate.

Move parking brake switch (2) to the ON position.
Move engine start switch (8) to the OFF position.
If the pressure at port "Ma" (12) and the pressure at port "Mb" (13) are within the specified range. Go to Step 42. If the pressure at the port "Ma" and/or the pressure at the port "Mb" are outside the specified range, adjust the appropriate valve with the following procedure.

Remove relief valve cap from the relief valve which is to be adjusted. Remove the relief valve cartridge from the vibratory pump. Reinstall cap on the relief valve to prevent oil from leaking out
