1. Remove five nuts (2) and bolts (3), and remove sprocket segment (1) from the hub. The following steps are for installation of the sprocket segments2. Make sure the surfaces of the sprocket segment and the hub that make contact are clean and free of paint.3. Put clean SAE 30W oil on the threads of the bolts.4. Put sprocket segment (1) in position on the hub, and install five bolts (3) with the head of the bolts against the sprocket segment. Install five nuts (2). Tighten the bolts to a torque of 70 10 N m (50 7 lb.ft.). Tighten the bolts 1/3 turn more. The final torque must be a minimum of 135 N m (100 lb.ft.).End By:a. connection of track
