3. Remove guard (2) from top of radiator.4. Remove the bolts that keep the fan adapter from falling off the crankshaft. Put the fan and adapter in position against the radiator.5. Disconnect the elbow (1) from the top of radiator. 6. Disconnect the elbow (3) from bottom of the radiator.7. Disconnect the headlight wiring.8. Install two 1/2"-13NC forged eyebolts in top of radiator. Connect a hoist to the eyebolts.9. Remove radiator guard mounting bolts (4) and nuts.10. Remove the radiator and guard assembly. Weight is 1400 lb. (635 kg).Install Radiator And Guard Assembly
1. Using a hoist, put the radiator and guard assembly into position on the machine. Install the bolts that keep the guard on the machine.2. Connect the wiring to the headlights.3. Connect the elbow to bottom of radiator. 4. Connect the elbow (1) to top of radiator.5. Put the fan and adapter into position on the crankshaft. Install the bolts.6. Install the guard (2) on top of radiator.7. Fill the cooling system to correct level.8. Install the hood.
