new updated Track Assembly Specifications Chart is available. The introduction of the H-Series and N-Series track-type tractors and other new models created a need for the updated chart. It contains the necessary specification to correctly assemble Sealed and Lubricated Track and Positive Pin Retention Track. The Track Assembly Specifications Chart is available in decal form to attach to the track presses. This decal will provide the track press operator with readily available information about track type, pin projection, bushing projection and maximum assembly force for each model. The Track Assembly Specifications Chart Decal, Form No. NEEG2194, should be used on all track presses.
There is also available a conversion chart decal for each brand of track press manufacturer. These chart decals show maximum assembly force and the conversion pressure for each model of track press. The maximum assembly force listed on these decals has been rounded either up or down to consolidate them. All charts provide adequate pressure for correct assembly. With both decals attached to the track press, the operator has all the information needed to correctly assemble the track link assembly. The decals are for use on all models of Centurion, Wolff, O.T.C., Bignozzi and Maruma track presses. The following is a list of the form numbers for the conversion chart decal for each track press manufacturer.
