BG-225C (5GN) Asphalt Pavers The pressure compensator adjustment of the feeder/auger pumps can be achieved by a different procedure other than the procedure in KENR2895-01, using the following procedure.1. Remove the compensator hose from the pump control that will be checked and plug the hose with the proper fitting.2. Rotate the tee fitting on the pump compensator and install a high pressure disconnect to the tee.3. Attach a (0-5000 psi) gauge to the tee on the compensator.4. Attach one end of a test hose (hose must be capable of handling 6000 psi) to the tee on the compensator and the other end of the test hose to the "TPP" pressure port of the feeder/auger control manifold.5. Apply the parking brake and start the engine. The pressure on the gauge should rise, to compensator pressure as soon as the engine is started.6. Adjust the lower adjustment on the compensator until the gauge reads 4000 psi.7. Stop the engine and remove the test equipment.8. Repeat the procedure for the other pump control.
