2. Stop the engine and lock the hydraulic lockout control.
3. Inspection
3.1. Clean and degrease the bolt head and the bearing surface with suitable solvent or degreaser.
3.2. To easily identify the starting bolt, mark the first bolt with a "1".(Refer to Image 2.25.1)

3.3. Mark on the bolt head and the bearing surface to prepare the bolt rotation test.
3.4. Install a socket (Length 100mm, refer to Image 1.16.1) on the first bolt.
3.5. Use click torque wrench and set it at 1500 N.m.
3.7. Turn the wrench to check the static torque. (Tighten the bolt.)

3.8. Remove the wrench and the socket, and check gap between the bolt head mark and the bearing surface mark to confirm bolt rotation angle.
3.9. Take a picture of the mark gap.
4. Remove the bolt
Note : One bolt at a time.
4.1. Install a socket. (Length 100mm).
4.2. Remove the bolt. Recommend using tooling 385-8479 Hydraulic Pump and Motor Group, 385-3988 Drive Unit and 385-4002 Cassette.
5. Check the spacer condition if it has a step on the surface.
Take a picture of the spacer surface. (Stepped surface side) (Refer to Image 2.30.1 )

6. Check the bearing surface condition if it has a deformation.
Take a picture of damaged swing bearing surface. (Refer to Image 2.31.1 )

7. Record the inspection result (Refer to Image 2.32.1 )
1) Bolt rotation : Yes or No
2) Spacer surface condition : Stepped or No step
3) Bearing surface condition : Damaged or No damage

8. Re-assembling
8.1. Clean and degrease the swing bearing surface with suitable solvent or degreaser.
8.2. Degrease the 199-4500 Bolt (reuse, if no bending or thread damage) with suitable solvent or degreaser.
8.3. Degrease the new 453-1667 Spacer with suitable solvent or degreaser. Install the new spacer on the bolt.
8.4. Once dry, apply 5P-3931 Antiseize on the engaged bolt thread portion.
8.5. Assembling the bolt. Recommend using tooling 385-8479 Hydraulic Pump and Motor Group, 385-3988 Drive Unit and 385-4002 Cassette.
8.6. Preset a click torque wrench at 600 +/- 50 N.m and apply the pretorque on the bolt.
8.7. Using a ratched handle, rotate the torque multiplier 90 degrees +/- 5 degrees. Then, stop the movement and release the torque the multiplier.
9. Rotate upper structure to align next set of bolts to access and repeat Steps 3. - 8. above.
10. All inspection pictures and inspection documents need to be attached to the Service Claim.
